Digital Marketing Manager
Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Based In: Lindon, Utah
Overview: Kings Camo is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to play a central role in building and optimizing the full digital customer journey. This role supports the execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy with an emphasis on lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in email marketing, social media, and ecommerce. A deep connection to the outdoor and hunting industry is essential.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement a consistent, cross-channel marketing strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals.
• Plan and manage the execution of lifecycle marketing programs across key stages.
• Support the email marketing initiatives, including campaign calendar planning, list segmentation, automation flows, testing, and reporting.
• Manage top-of-funnel marketing initiatives, including PPC campaigns, SEO strategy, affiliate partnerships, and other acquisition channels to drive brand awareness and customer growth.
• Manage the execution of brand-building and promotional campaigns across social media, ambassadors, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize conversion funnels and enhance the customer journey on Shopify and Amazon.
• Analyze performance data across lifecycle stages to uncover trends, identify drop-off points, and optimize campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and customer communications.
• Assist with all aspects of social media, including content planning, scheduling, posting, community engagement, ambassador support, and performance tracking.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in email marketing, lifecycle strategy, and customer retention.
• Strong experience and knowledge of our techstack is a plus - Redo, Rebuy, Klaviyo, Monday, Shopify, and Fishbowl.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and performance metrics across the marketing funnel.
• An ideal candidate is a high-performer who is self-motivated, driven, proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator.
• Passion for the outdoor and hunting industry, and a strong understanding of the Kings Camo brand and audience.
