How do I make a return?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it to Kings for a refund (excluding original shipping) as long as the item is in new, resellable condition, in its original packaging with tags attached, and within 60 days of purchase.
We recommend trying items on before removing any tags or stickers to ensure proper fit.
Return shipping is covered if Redo return coverage was selected at checkout. If not, a return label fee will apply and may vary based on package size and location.

We also accept returns for defective products (manufacturing or workmanship issues) within 90 days of purchase. If you received an incorrect item, we will accept the return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
What is your exchange policy?
You may exchange an item for a different product or the same product in a different size within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
Return shipping is covered if Redo return coverage was selected at checkout. If not, a return label fee will apply and may vary based on package size and location.
Kings covers shipping on the replacement item for U.S. orders. For international orders, standard shipping rates will apply.
If tags have been removed and visible wear is present, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

What is your warranty policy?
We will gladly accept the return of Kings products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Kings Camo Pack Warranty: Kings Camo pack warranty covers pack defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, intended use. Coverage is limited to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not include normal wear, abrasion, misuse, or damage outside intended use.
When will a particular item be back in stock?
The time it takes items to come back into stock can vary. For existing products, we offer a text and email notification service that will alert you of when the product you want becomes available again. Just fill out the form that appears on the product page of any product that’s currently out of stock.

Where do I find the sizing chart?
For those products for which a sizing chart is applicable, you’ll find a link to it right above the add to cart button on the product page.
How do I become a dealer?
To discuss becoming a Kings dealer, call our dealer line at 877-705-2266 and speak with our Vice President of Sales Jon Gunderson, or fill out this form on our Become a Kings Dealer page.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders of in stock items will be delivered approximately 4 to 10 business days from date of purchase, depending on your location. Orders are usually shipped within two working days of being placed.
Orders being shipped to Canada will take 7 to 20 days to be delivered.
All orders are shipped out of Utah.
I can’t login to my account?
To log in to your account, use your email address as your customer ID.
If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘reset password’ link to receive a temporary password. Once logged into your account using that temporary password, please reset the password to one you will remember.

Do you provide pick up for locals?
Yes, we offer “Outlet Pickup” as an option for orders.
If you would like to pick your order up at our Outlet location in Lindon, UT. Please call 833-889-8972 to place your order and allow up to two working days for your order to be prepared for pick up.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship just about everywhere we’re able to, excluding Ukraine, Russia, and some countries in the Middle East
Do you repair your products?
At this time, we do not repair products, but we will work with you to resolve the issue in the best possible way. If you have a Kings product in need of repair, email us a photo of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and suggest a possible solution.
