Kings Camo may offer discounts, rewards, promotional credits, loyalty benefits, free products, gift cards, or other benefits in connection with certain programs or promotions. Some of these offers may constitute a financial incentive or price or service difference under applicable privacy laws.

This notice explains the material terms of these programs, the personal information involved, how you may participate or withdraw, and how Kings Camo determines the value of the information associated with these programs.

Participation in any Kings Camo promotional or rewards program is voluntary. The specific value, eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, redemption requirements, and other terms of an individual promotion will be disclosed with that offer.

Email & SMS Signup Offers

From time to time, Kings Camo may offer a discount, promotional code, gift, or other benefit when you provide your email address or mobile phone number and agree to receive marketing communications. The specific benefit may vary by promotion and will be disclosed at the time you sign up.

The personal information involved may include your email address, mobile phone number, contact information, marketing preferences, and information about your interactions with Kings Camo communications, website, and purchases.

You opt in by submitting the applicable signup form and agreeing to the terms presented with the offer. You may withdraw from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to an applicable SMS message, or otherwise following the opt-out instructions provided with the communication.

Withdrawing from marketing communications will not affect discounts or benefits that you have already validly earned, except where continued participation is necessary to administer a particular program and the applicable terms state otherwise.

Kings Camo Loyalty Program

Kings Camo operates a voluntary loyalty program that provides members with points, rewards, promotional offers, tier benefits, referral benefits, birthday offers, shipping benefits, and other perks based on purchases and certain interactions with Kings Camo.

Members may earn points through qualifying purchases and certain engagement activities, including activities such as submitting reviews, uploading eligible content, and subscribing to marketing communications. Under the current program, 500 points may be redeemed for a $25 reward. Earning rates, tier requirements, expiration periods, available rewards, and other program terms may change from time to time.

Personal information associated with the loyalty program may include your name, email address, phone number, account information, purchase history, points and rewards activity, loyalty tier, birthday information if you choose to provide it, referrals, reviews, submitted content, and interactions with Kings Camo.

You opt in by creating or enrolling an eligible Kings Camo account and participating in the loyalty program. You may withdraw from the loyalty program by contacting Kings Camo Customer Service at service@kingscamo.com. Withdrawal may result in the loss of unused points, rewards, tier status, or other program benefits to the extent described in the applicable program terms.

Purchase-Based Promotional Rewards

Kings Camo may periodically offer purchase-based promotions, such as receiving an e-gift card, promotional credit, coupon, future-use discount, free product, or other reward after spending a specified amount or purchasing qualifying products during a promotional period.

For example, Kings Camo may offer a promotion under which a customer who spends a specified amount during a qualifying period receives a stated e-gift card or promotional credit to use during a later period. The qualifying purchase amount, reward value, promotional dates, redemption period, product exclusions, expiration date, and other material terms will be disclosed with each offer.

The personal information involved may include information necessary to identify the qualifying customer and administer the promotion, such as your name, email address, customer account information, purchase history, qualifying order information, and reward or redemption activity.

You opt in by completing the qualifying purchase or other action described in the applicable offer. Where a particular promotion allows withdrawal or cancellation, the applicable offer terms will describe how to do so.

Some purchase-based promotions may not constitute a financial incentive under applicable privacy law when the benefit is based solely on a qualifying purchase and does not require additional personal information or participation in a data-related program. Kings Camo includes these promotions here for transparency where personal information is used to administer the benefit.

Other Promotional Offers

Kings Camo may offer other limited-time discounts, rewards, promotional credits, giveaways, referral benefits, or similar programs. The specific terms of each offer, including the benefit offered, eligibility requirements, required actions, dates, exclusions, and redemption requirements, will be provided with the applicable promotion.

If an offer involves the collection or use of personal information in exchange for a financial benefit or price or service difference, this notice applies together with the specific terms displayed with that offer.

Categories of Personal Information

Depending on the program or offer, the categories of personal information involved may include:

• Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, or customer account information;
• Commercial information, such as purchase history, products purchased, order value, returns, rewards, and redemption activity;
• Marketing preferences and information about your interactions with Kings Camo communications;
• Internet or other electronic activity associated with your interactions with Kings Camo, as further described in our Privacy Policy;
• Content or information you voluntarily provide through reviews, referrals, loyalty activities, surveys, giveaways, or similar programs; and
• Other information reasonably necessary to administer the applicable offer or program.

Value of Consumer Information

Kings Camo provides these incentives because information and ongoing customer relationships have value to our business. That value may include the ability to communicate with customers, operate our loyalty and rewards programs, better understand customer preferences, measure the effectiveness of promotions, encourage repeat purchases, and improve our products, services, and customer experience.

Kings Camo makes a good-faith estimate that the value of a participating consumer's information associated with a particular financial incentive is reasonably approximated by the value of the benefit provided to that consumer.

For example, if a customer receives a $25 reward, Kings Camo estimates the value associated with that customer's participation in the applicable program at up to approximately $25. If a customer receives a percentage-based discount, the estimated value is approximately the dollar amount of the discount actually received when the offer is redeemed. For loyalty benefits, the estimated value may be measured by the redemption value of points, rewards, discounts, shipping benefits, or other benefits actually provided to the member.

Kings Camo uses this methodology as a practical good-faith estimate because the value of an individual customer's information varies based on factors such as participation, purchases, engagement, redemption of offers, and the length and nature of the customer's relationship with Kings Camo. Kings Camo may also consider the costs of providing and administering the applicable program or promotion and the revenue reasonably attributable to participating customers.

Kings Camo intends the value of each financial incentive or price or service difference to be reasonably related to the value of the personal information associated with participation in that program.

Your Right to Withdraw

Participation in Kings Camo financial incentive and promotional programs is voluntary. You may withdraw from a program at any time using the withdrawal method described above or in the specific terms applicable to that program.

For email marketing, use the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails. For SMS marketing, reply STOP or follow the opt-out instructions provided in the applicable message. For the Kings Camo Loyalty Program or other account-based programs, contact service@kingscamo.com.

Withdrawal may affect your ability to continue receiving benefits that require the information necessary to administer the applicable program. Previously earned benefits will be handled in accordance with the terms of the applicable offer or program and applicable law.
