RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kings order, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, if it is:
- In saleable condition
- In its original packaging, with tags still attached
- Within 60 days of date of purchase
Please try on your Kings apparel for correct sizing before removing any hang tags or stickers so return or exchange remains possible. We offer optional return coverage at checkout through Redo for $2.18, which covers the cost of your return shipping if needed. If coverage isn’t selected, a return label fee will apply and may vary based on package size and location.
Any fulfillment mistakes will be eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange a product for another, or a different size/color within 60 days. We offer optional exchange coverage at checkout through Redo for $2.18, which covers the cost of your exchange shipping if needed. If coverage isn’t selected, customer is responsible for return shipping; Kings covers the cost of shipping the exchange back to the customer. If product tags are removed and visible wear is present, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
INTERNATIONAL
Canadian and other country exchanges/returns are charged standard rate shipping.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in sell-able condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers. Customer is responsible for return shipping; Kings covers the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
