I've used the XKG Wind-Defender Anorak with the matching bibs in weather ranging from 20 to 40 degrees and 35 mph winds. The wind and cold do not cut through this gear! The side zippers also let you vent when it warms up after a chilly morning. The lining is super soft and warm.
